- Who are you?
We are a marketplace, where we connect sellers and buyers. We are building a one stop shop for all your requirements. All products we sell are pure Jain
- Can I visit your store offline?
We do not have any offline store to keep inventory. Our head office is in Mumbai, where as the products are stored with sellers in multiple locations with in India.
- Do you sell any Non-Jain Items?
No we do not. All of our products are pure Jain.
- Do you have any App?
Currently we only have website, but we are soon launching our Android App in Play Store.

- Do you have COD Option?
No we do not have any Cash on Delivery option at the moment.
- My money is deducted but I did not get any order confirmation?
Please wait for up to 2 hours, and check your order status in order history tab. If it still does not reflect, do send us an email at ‘hello@thejainmart.com’ and mention your registered mobile number.
- Seller has cancelled my order, what happen to my money?
If any order is cancelled by seller, you will get refund with in 48 hours in same payment source.

- What are the different order status?
Once you place an order, it is in pending status. We send order details to seller and seller accepts it and process the order. You will get whatsapp notification on your registered mobile number.
- I have received only partial order, where are missing items?
Since our products comes from different sellers through out India. They all send you separate parcels. If you receive partial order, other items much be on way. You may receive your entire order in 1 or more packages depend on the items you have ordered.
- Can I cancel my order ?
You can cancel your order anytime until it is in Accepted state. Once cancelled, automatic refund will be processed and you will get refund with in 48 hours in same source of payment.
However any order which is accepted or shipped can not not be cancelled.

- What is the dispatch time?
Your order containing multiple items are being processed by multiple sellers. Sellers has to accept order with in 24 hours and dispatch in 4 days from order date.
- What is estimated delivery time?
Once the order is accepted, you should receive with in 10 days.
- Delivery time is too long, do you have express delivery?
Since we are dependant on seller and courier partner to deliver your order. We can not commit on any early delivery timelines. After placing an order it takes up to 10 days to reach you. If you have any urgent requirement, we suggest you to consult with us on urgent delivery possibility before placing the order.
- Can I change delivery address?
You can change delivery address before the order is Accepted. You can contact us for the same and we can change it from backend.
- Items are broken or damaged, will i get refund?
We urge you not to accept any delivery if the parcel is in damaged condition. Accept the delivery only if it is seal packed.
For any missing\ damaged product, unpacking video is must. You can share it with us on whatsapp.
