What You'll Need
- 1 Pack Paneer Lajwab Gravy Premix (50g)
- 150g Paneer Cubes
- 25g Makhana
- 25g Cashew Nuts
- 2 tbsp Fresh Cream / Malai
- 50ml Milk
- 200ml Water
- 2 tbsp Ghee
How to Prepare
Step 1: Prepare the Royal Mix
- Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan.
- Roast makhana for 2 minutes.
- Add cashews and roast for 1 minute.
- Add paneer cubes and lightly roast until golden.
- Keep aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Gravy
- Heat the remaining ghee in a pan.
- Add fresh cream or malai.
- Mix the premix with 100ml water and 50ml milk.
- Add to the pan while stirring continuously.
- Add the remaining 100ml water.
- Cook for 5–6 minutes until rich, creamy, and aromatic.
Step 3: Final Assembly
- Add roasted paneer, cashews, and makhana.
- Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
