What You'll Need
- 1 Pack Kaju Masala Gravy Premix (50g)
- Whole Cashew Nuts – 150g
- Fresh Cream / Malai – 3 tbsp
- Milk – 50ml
- Water – 200ml
- Ghee – 2 tbsp
Preparation Method
Step 1 – Prepare the Cashews
- Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan.
- Lightly roast cashew nuts for 2–3 minutes.
- Keep aside.
Step 2 – Prepare the Gravy
- Heat remaining ghee in a pan.
- Mix contents of the pack with 100ml water and 50ml milk to form a smooth slurry.
- Add slurry to the pan and stir continuously.
- Add remaining 100ml water.
- Cook for 5–6 minutes on medium flame until rich and creamy.
Step 3 – Final Assembly
- Add roasted cashews.
- Add fresh cream or malai.
- Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Serve hot.
