What You'll Need
- 1 Pack Masala Soya Chunks Gravy Premix (50g)
- 100g Soya Chunks
- 100g Tomato Puree
- 250ml Water
- 2 tbsp Ghee
How to Prepare
Step 1: Prepare the Soya Chunks
- Soak soya chunks in hot water for 15–20 minutes.
- Squeeze out excess water.
- Keep aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Gravy
- Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan.
- Add tomato puree and cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Add the contents of the premix and cook for 1 minute.
- Add 100ml water and mix well.
- Add the soaked soya chunks and coat evenly.
- Add the remaining 150ml water.
- Cook for 5–6 minutes on medium flame until thick and flavourful.
Step 3: Final Assembly
- Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Allow the curry to rest for 2 minutes before serving.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
