Cashew or Groundnut (as per Jain Duration Guidelines), Milk Powder, Sesame Seeds, Authentic Jain Spices, Iodized Salt, Spices & Condiments, Natural Flavour.

What You'll Need

  • 1 Pack Masala Soya Chunks Gravy Premix (50g)
  • 100g Soya Chunks
  • 100g Tomato Puree
  • 250ml Water
  • 2 tbsp Ghee

How to Prepare

Step 1: Prepare the Soya Chunks

  1. Soak soya chunks in hot water for 15–20 minutes.
  2. Squeeze out excess water.
  3. Keep aside.

Step 2: Prepare the Gravy

  1. Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan.
  2. Add tomato puree and cook for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Add the contents of the premix and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add 100ml water and mix well.
  5. Add the soaked soya chunks and coat evenly.
  6. Add the remaining 150ml water.
  7. Cook for 5–6 minutes on medium flame until thick and flavourful.

Step 3: Final Assembly

  1. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  2. Allow the curry to rest for 2 minutes before serving.
  3. Serve hot and enjoy.
