What You'll Need
- 1 Pack Matar Paneer Gravy Premix (50g)
- 200g Paneer Cubes
- 150g Boiled Green Peas
- 100g Tomato Puree
- 250ml Water
- 2 tbsp Ghee
How to Prepare
Step 1: Prepare the Paneer
- Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan.
- Lightly roast paneer cubes until lightly golden.
- Keep aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Gravy
- Heat the remaining 1 tbsp ghee.
- Add tomato puree and cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Mix the premix with 100ml water.
- Add the mixture to the pan while stirring continuously.
- Add the remaining 150ml water.
- Cook for 5–6 minutes until rich and aromatic.
Step 3: Final Assembly
- Add roasted paneer cubes and boiled green peas.
- Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
