Ingredients in This Pack

Cashew or Groundnut (as per Jain duration guidelines), Milk Powder, Sesame Seeds, Authentic Jain Spice Blend, Iodized Salt, Spices & Condiments, Natural Flavour.

What You'll Need

  • 1 Pack Matar Paneer Gravy Premix (50g)
  • 200g Paneer Cubes
  • 150g Boiled Green Peas
  • 100g Tomato Puree
  • 250ml Water
  • 2 tbsp Ghee

How to Prepare

Step 1: Prepare the Paneer

  1. Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan.
  2. Lightly roast paneer cubes until lightly golden.
  3. Keep aside.

Step 2: Prepare the Gravy

  1. Heat the remaining 1 tbsp ghee.
  2. Add tomato puree and cook for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Mix the premix with 100ml water.
  4. Add the mixture to the pan while stirring continuously.
  5. Add the remaining 150ml water.
  6. Cook for 5–6 minutes until rich and aromatic.

Step 3: Final Assembly

  1. Add roasted paneer cubes and boiled green peas.
  2. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Serve hot and enjoy.
