👩‍🍳 How To Prepare

Prepare The Gravy

1. Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan on medium flame.

2. Add 2 tbsp fresh cream or malai and sauté for 30 seconds.

3. Mix contents of this pack with 100 ml water and 50 ml milk to form a smooth slurry.

4. Add the prepared slurry and stir continuously.

5. Add remaining 100 ml water and mix well.

6. Cook for 5–6 minutes on medium flame until rich and creamy.

7. Add paneer cubes and gently mix.

8. Simmer for 2–3 minutes on low flame.

9. Serve hot with roti, naan or paratha.

For best results, use fresh cream or malai and avoid overcooking the gravy.
