What You'll Need

  • 1 Pack Paneer Bhurji Gravy Premix (50g)
  • Crumbled Paneer – 250g
  • Capsicum (finely chopped) – 50g
  • Green Chilli (finely chopped) – 1 tbsp (optional)
  • Tomato Puree – 100g
  • Fresh Curd (whisked) – 1 tbsp
  • Milk – 50ml
  • Water – 200ml
  • Ghee – 2 tbsp

Preparation Method

Step 1 – Prepare the Bhurji Base

  • Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan.
  • Add finely chopped capsicum.
  • Add green chilli if desired.
  • Sauté for 2–3 minutes.
  • Add crumbled paneer.
  • Mix well and keep aside.

Step 2 – Prepare the Gravy

  • Heat remaining ghee in a pan.
  • Add tomato puree and cook for 2–3 minutes.
  • Reduce flame and add whisked curd while stirring continuously.
  • Mix contents of the pack with 100ml water and 50ml milk to form a smooth slurry.
  • Add slurry to the pan.
  • Add remaining 100ml water.
  • Cook for 5–6 minutes until rich and aromatic.

Step 3 – Final Assembly

  • Add prepared paneer bhurji mixture.
  • Mix gently and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  • Do not overcook.
  • Serve hot.
