What You'll Need
- 1 Pack Veg Angara Gravy Premix (50g)
- Capsicum Cubes (Red, Green & Yellow) – 100g
- Baby Corn – 75g
- Green Peas – 50g
- Tomatoes – 150g (2–3 medium)
- Milk – 50ml
- Water – 200ml
- Ghee – 2 tbsp
Preparation Method
Step 1 – Prepare the Angara Base
- Roast tomatoes directly over flame until lightly charred.
- Peel and blend into a smooth puree.
- Keep aside.
Step 2 – Roast the Vegetables
- Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan.
- Add baby corn and roast for 2–3 minutes.
- Add capsicum cubes and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add green peas.
- Cook for another minute.
- Keep aside.
Step 3 – Prepare the Gravy
- Heat remaining ghee in a pan.
- Add roasted tomato puree and cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Mix contents of the pack with 100ml water and 50ml milk to form a smooth slurry.
- Add slurry to the pan and stir continuously.
- Add remaining 100ml water.
- Bring to a gentle boil.
- Cook for 5–6 minutes until rich and aromatic.
Step 4 – Final Assembly
- Add roasted vegetables.
- Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Serve hot.
