- 1 Pack Veg Kofta Gravy Premix (50g)
- 100g Bottle Gourd (Grated)
- 100g Cabbage (Grated)
- 50g Capsicum (Finely Chopped)
- 50g Paneer (Grated)
- 2 tbsp Corn Flour
- 100g Tomato Puree
- 250ml Water
- 2 tbsp Ghee
How to Prepare
Step 1: Prepare the Koftas
- Grate bottle gourd and cabbage.
- Squeeze excess water from the bottle gourd.
- Add cabbage, capsicum, grated paneer, and corn flour.
- Mix well and shape into small koftas.
- Shallow fry until golden brown.
- Keep aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Gravy
- Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan.
- Add tomato puree and cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Mix the premix with 100ml water to form a smooth slurry.
- Add the prepared mixture and stir continuously.
- Add the remaining 150ml water and mix well.
- Cook for 5–7 minutes until rich and aromatic.
Step 3: Final Assembly
- Add the prepared koftas.
- Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
