Our White Dhokla Instant Mix is prepared using rice, black gram and Bengal gram. The ingredients are carefully washed and then naturally sundried before being processed into the mix. This preparation approach helps maintain clean, carefully handled ingredients while making the traditional preparation more convenient.
Simply mix with water, allow the batter to rest, steam and serve. In just a few simple steps, you can prepare a generous batch of soft, savoury white dhokla for breakfast, snacks or a light meal.
🌾 Made with Washed & Sundried Ingredients
We believe that good food begins with how its ingredients are handled.
For this mix, the rice and lentils are washed first and then sundried before processing. This traditional preparation step gives you the convenience of an instant mix while keeping the focus on simple, familiar ingredients.
