Ingredients:
- 50 gm Butter Paneer Masala Gravy Premix
- 1 cup paneer, cut into 1'' cubes
- 1/2 cup/ 100ml milk
- 3 tbsp/ 45g Malai
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 cup/ 200 ml water
Method:
Empty the gravy from pack in a bowl.
Pour milk and make a paste
Heat ghee in a pan, Add gravy paste and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add water and cook for another 2 minutes, add malai and mix well. Cook till gravy thickness.
Add Paneer cubes and stir once.
Simmer for 5 mins so Paneer absorbs the flavour.
Turn off the flame.
Add dry coriander leaves and fresh home cream to garnish.
Serve hot and enjoy with roti or naan.
