Cheese corn dhokla
For batter:
2cup rawa
1cup curd
1cup water
Salt to taste
1 sachet of blue eno
For stuffing
Boiled corn
Capsicum
Tomatoes
Paneer
Black pepper powder
Salt to taste
Red chilli flex
Oregano
Red chilli powder
For Mayonnaise : Link
1/2 cup milk
1cup oil
Salt to taste
For Green Chutney: Link
Capsicum
Cucumber
Mint leaves
Cumin seeds
Lemon juice
Salt
Sugar
Method:
In bowl take 2cup rawa , 1cup curd , 1cup water & mix everything and rest for 15min
In other bowl take boiled corn, Capsicum, tomatoes, salt, black pepper powder, red chilli flex, oregano, red chilli powder, grated paneer & mix everything
After 15min take 1/4portion of rawa batter in other bowl add 1/4 spoon eno add little water to activate eno and mix it well
Take 1 plate , greased with oil than place batter in that plate
Now steam batter for 5min on high flame
After 5min dhokla will be ready
Add green chatni and Mayonnaise on it than place stuffing and grated cheese on it
Again take another 1/4 portion of batter in bowl add 1/4spoon eno and mix it
Place another batter on top of suffing
Lastly add oregano, red chilli flex & black pepper powder
Now steam it again for 5min on high flame.
After 5min easy cheesy dhokla is ready to serve..
Serve it hot 🔥
