• Stir 100 ml coconut milk in a pan
• Add this paste and cook for 2 minutes
• Add 200 gm of Vegetables (Broccoli, Red\ Yellow Capsicum, Baby Corn, Zucchini etc)
• Add 100 ml Coconut Milk
• Cover the Pan & Cook for 7-8 Minutes
• Thai Curry is ready.
• Use it as base for pasta\ noodles etc or serve directly with rice.
