Ingredients
For Stuffing
- 1 ½ cup Paneer, crumbled or grated
- 2 TSD Jain Pizza Masala
- ½ TSP red chilly
- ½ TSP Jain Garam Masala
- Salt to taste
- Dry Coriander Leaves
For dough
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 3 tsp oil/ghee
- Salt as required
- Oil/ghee for roasting
Method
- Mix all stuffing ingredients together

- Combine wheat flour, oil and salt. Make a little firm dough using water.
- Further knead well to make it smooth and soft. Keep it covered for 10-15 minutes.

- Divide the dough into 7-8 equal portion into round shaped balls.
- Take one ball, dust some wheat flour and roll into circle for approx. 3-4 diameter using the rolling pin.
- Place one tablespoon portion of stuffing in the center. Lift the edged and bind them together. Seal them properly to enclose the stuffing and dust in wheat flour.
- Roll out little thick parathas.

- Heat a tawa and cook each paratha on a medium flame, using little oil, till it turns golden brown from both the sides.

- Serve hot with curd
